Craft Fair Entry Form                                       2017 Craft Fair Photographs

Soroptimist International of Fort Bragg and the Paul Bunyan Association present the

Art and Crafts Fair over Labor Day weekend

Saturday, September 1 and Sunday, September 2

Located on the grassy area on the north side of the

C.V. Starr Community Center

300 South Lincoln Street, Fort Bragg

Between Willow and the end of Maple St., two blocks east of Harold Street.

Maple St. can be accessed by turning east from Main Street.

The location is a flat, clean, grassy area with no shade,

but with buildings on either side to provide a wind break.

A map of the location is included with the Fair Entry Form

Booth space is 10' x 10'. The cost is $95 per space for crafts and $125 for booths selling take away food. Please try to keep everything within your space. All work must be handcrafted by the seller; you will be asked to remove any items that are not handcrafted. Be sure to include one photo of your artwork with the entry form if you did not exhibit between 2009 and last year, the photo will not be returned. Do NOT use large envelopes for the entry form as our post office box is small.

Artists are obligated to stay both days barring emergencies or illness. When sending back the entry form, please include a check or money order, optional photo and a self-addressed 4” by 9” stamped envelope only if you want your final information letter and map sent by mail rather than email OR if you do not have an email address. Checks will be immediately returned if we are unable to include you in the show. You will receive an email or postcard confirmation when you are accepted into the show. Additional information and a final map of the lawn spaces will be sent by mid-August.

All participants need to provide their own display tables, chairs, easels, umbrellas, etc. There is no shade, so you will want to bring your own. You might want to bring a dolly as well if you have heavy items. We will provide a dolly but it gets heavy usage and you might prefer to have your own. Security will be provided on Friday and Saturday night.

Please return the entry form and required materials as soon as possible. The last date to enter is August 30; no entries will be accepted after this date. Booth spaces are first come, first served. We do usually sell out early. Fair details will be sent out around August 20, once all the booth spaces are set.

Cancellation Policy: full refund if notification by September 1; no show without explanation will be billed.

We look forward to a great weekend for all. We would like to thank all the fair participants in advance since this event is a major part in the success of our Paul Bunyan Days celebration. Your entry fee goes towards the funds raised by Soroptimist International of Fort Bragg and supports our various scholarships and community contributions, in particular Project Sanctuary, which offers a wide array of free services for Mendocino County victims of sexual assault and domestic violence.
