Soroptimist International of Fort Bragg and the Paul Bunyan Association will again sponsor a two day Art and Crafts Fair over Labor Day weekend. The dates for the fair are Saturday and Sunday, September 4th and 5th, 2010. The location will be the usual corner of Harold and Laurel Streets. This location is a flat, clean, grassy area with no shade. As in past years, ABSOLUTELY NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON THE PLAYING FIELD. This is a hard and fast condition given to us by the school district that owns the field and generously allows us its use.

Fair hours are from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday. Booth space is 10' x 10'. The cost is $85 per space for crafts and $125 for food booths. Please try to keep everything within your space. All work must be handcrafted by the seller; you will be asked to remove any items that are not handcrafted. Be sure to include a photo of your artwork with the entry form if you did not exhibit in 2008 or 2009; photos will NOT be returned.

Artists are obligated to stay both days. When sending back the entry form, please include a check or money order, optional photo and a self-addressed 4” by 9” stamped envelope only if you want your final information letter and map sent by mail rather than email. Checks will be immediately returned if we are unable to include you in the show. You will receive an email or postcard confirmation when you are accepted into the show. Additional information and a map of the lawn with your space indicated will be sent by mid-August.

All participants will provide their own display tables, chairs, easels, umbrellas, etc. There is no shade, so you will want to bring your own. You might want to bring a dolly as well if you have heavy items. We will provide two dollies but they get heavy usage and you might prefer to have your own. Security will be provided on Saturday night.

Please return the entry form and required materials as soon as possible. The last date to enter is September 1st, 2010. No entries will be accepted after this date. Our cancellation policy is full refund if you cancel by 8/1/10; half refund up to 9/1/10.

Your entry fee goes towards the funds raised by Soroptimist International of Fort Bragg and supports our various scholarships and community contributions, in particular Project Sanctuary.
