LUNCHEON MEETING INFORMATION

1. ✦Lunch fees due at 1st  meeting of each month.
   

2. ✦Monthly Fee:
   

3. ✦Lunch fee $9
   

4. ✦($8 Senior Center + $1 club expenses)/Week
   

5. ✦+ $3/Month (delegates fund)
   

6. ✦Months with 3 meetings = $30
   

7. ✦Months with 4 meetings  = $39
   

8. ✦Months with 5 meetings = $48
   

9. ✦Call the attendance committee by Wednesday 2 pm if you’ll be absent on the following lunch meeting.
   

10. ✦If you don’t call, you will owe the cost of a lunch.
    

11. ✦If you’re inviting a guest, call the attendance committee by Wednesday, 2pm, so the guest will be added to the lunch order.
    

12. ✦Vegetarians can get their lunches at the Senior Center salad bar.
    

13. ✦For members who do not want to eat lunch because of special circumstances, this can be permissible for a temporary period of time.  However, the member is requested to pay
    

14. ✦$1/week and $3/month for the General (including delegates funds) for the month.
    

15. ✦3 weeks = $6; 4 weeks = $7, 5 weeks + $8

HAPPY DOLLARS/FEE SCHEDULE

1. •Anniversaries: 10¢ each year plus $1.00
   

2. •Birthdays: the person sitting on either side of the birthday girl pays $1.00
   

3. •New Car: $1.00 for each tire including the spare.
   

4. •Announcements for Non-Soroptimist Events: $1.00
